Zaculeu is a small town close to Huehuetenango in the northwest of Guatemala. Why did I go there yesterday? Well to visit some ruins, otherwise I wouldn't have spent about 3 hours in a bus to go there :)
This site was quite small but the buildings were really well preserved, nice pyramids, a nice "juego de pelota" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mesoamerican_ballgame)
